Haringey Learning Partnership, Commerce Road, London, N22 8DZ

Haringey Learning Partnership is a partnership of alternative provision schools serving Haringey students whose needs may be difficult to meet in a mainstream setting. Haringey Learning Partnership provides temporary placements for students with additional needs and supports them to successfully reintegrate to mainstream schools. We offer extensive primary, transition and secondary outreach support to local mainstream schools in collaboration with school staff and families to ensure that students at risk of exclusion receive additional support to be successful in mainstream schools.

The Outreach service is an outcome of Haringey Council’s 2020-2023 Model for Change and has been designed in conjunction with Secondary Headteachers and Senior Leaders to support student success in mainstream settings by working collaboratively with students, families and schools.

Our Outreach Leads work in partnership with school staff to provide additional capacity in school to support students at risk of exclusion. We support schools in early identification of additional needs which may be barriers to success in mainstream schools and develop and support the delivery of a plan to improve school engagement. We are committed to the priorities outlined in the Model for Change and are committed to reducing the disproportionate exclusions of children and young people of Black Caribbean heritage.
