SENCo and Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion at the Tri Schools Partnership

Worked in Haringey for 20 years; Currently SENCo and Assistant Head for Inclusion for three schools in Haringey; Mental Health Lead and Deputy DSL. Alice is passionate about holding all children/families in the arms of love, enabling all children to flourish and their lights to shine.

Holds the NASenco qualification from the UCL, the Senior Mental Health Lead qualification from Anna Freud Centre and has completed an NPQ in Behaviour and Culture. Experienced in working within the Primary Phase across multiple schools as a SENco, supporting vulnerable children and families for over 10 years. Supported local schools to improve SEND provision through the WE SEND Programme. Recently set-up two bespoke in-house provisions (‘Hubs’)/classes for children with significant needs in the EYFS/KS1that are awaiting specialist school places.
