Teaching and leadership experience in primary education with a NPQSL qualification. Experience leading English, PE and Art & DT. Responsible for curriculum and middle leader development along with behaviour and Personal Development. Experience in using pedagogical approaches - WalkThrus for effective professional development and a WalkThrus Accredited Coach. Experience in working with the ECT programme to support and develop new teachers into the profession.

Curriculum areas: Opening Worlds curriculum, English, Maths, PE, Personal Development offer; developing pedagogy in school- use of WalkThrus materials; leadership - coaching and supporting middle leaders in subject priorities, action plans, OFSTED; using effective behaviour strategies that foster a positive culture in school; professional development offer for staff; Induction Tutor for ECT Programme.
