Lead for whole‑school instructional coaching programme aligned to WalkThrus, using short coaching cycles, modelling and evaluation to embed effective classroom practice. Strategic curriculum work includes redesigning KS2 reading and introducing a reading fluency programme that significantly increased pupils meeting the end‑of‑KS2 expected standard.
