Currently CEO of Children First Academy Trust; was previously a Headteacher for 14 years in two different schools, and during this time was an executive Headteacher for 18 months. Has experience in supporting primary school leaders to secure school improvement in a local authority and as CEO.

Has a strong and respected track record of raising attainment and achievement in schools in challenging circumstances. Has recently completed NPQEL qualification.
