SENDCo in Haringey for 2 years, also Designated Safeguarding Lead and Assistant Headteacher. Committed to inclusion and ensuring high expectations for all children through a well-adapted curriculum. Works collaboratively with professionals to provide the best opportunities for students. Recent OFSTED report: “The school ensures that pupils with SEND are identified swiftly and accurately. Staff adapt resources to ensure these pupils learn the same curriculum, engaging well with outside agencies for expert support.

OCR Level 5 Diploma to teach children with SpLD and Dyslexia. Experience teaching children with SpLD one to one and in small groups to build confidence, self-esteem, identify and teach key skills gaps so that information is retained and can be used and applied to classroom tasks. NASENCo course completed with Real Training, June 2022. Senior Health Lead Training completed with TT Education in July 2023.
