Over 15 years of experience working in Primary Education, including teaching and leading across all key stages. Lema has been SENCo and Inclusion Lead for 7 years and is passionate about creating inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning environments for all children. As an experienced Senior Leader, Lema is dedicated to driving high standards of education for all pupils and supporting the development of staff pedagogy through training and mentoring.
