Deputy Headteacher with over 20 years of experience in the field of education. As a seasoned Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) and Dyslexia Specialist, Magdalena has dedicated her career to supporting students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they have access to tailored, high-quality education. With a strong background in educational leadership and coaching, Magdalena has successfully led initiatives that foster inclusive learning environments and promote academic achievement for students with SEND and those with EAL. Magdalena is currently studying for her Diploma in SpLD (Level 7 - Dyslexia) at Edge Hill University.
