Currently the Executive of The Raglan Schools in Enfield, a large federation of an Infant and Junior school, including a Nursery. Headteacher for 18 years in Cambridgeshire and London, and moved Raglan from Requires Improvement to Outstanding. Chair of a school improvement network and headteacher representative for EPHA, and on the LA resources committee. Former Chair of the Enfield Music Hub and Associate Director on the HEP Board.
