Particular focus on developing and mapping the curriculum, supporting teachers in their professional development, including coaching and mentoring and developing pedagogy.

Teaching and learning (KS1 and 2), curriculum development, English (including oracy, reading and strategies for embedding vocabulary), history and music. Supporting middle leaders, training and developing teachers and leaders and Ofsted preparation.
