WalkThrus Trainer & Assistant Headteacher at Eldon Primary School

Teaching for 25 years and working as AHT for teaching and learning in a large primary school. Created an ongoing CPD programme based on Ronsenshine's Principles and WalkThrus resources. Delivered training and implemented a coaching model within the school. Supported other schools in HEP and beyond with their implementation and delivery of training of WalkThrus and the HEP Opening Worlds curriculum. Helped schools create sustainable action plans and ran monthly delving deeper webinars explaining how the WalkThrus strategies look in the classroom, sharing good practice and tips.
