Leader of Learning at The Willow Primary School

A senior leader with over ten years teaching experience in Haringey. Responsible for leading curriculum, phase group, IIT and ECT development, assessment of the wider curriculum and workshops for parents/carers. Currently studying an NPQLTD.

Teaching and learning (KS1 and 2); developing and mapping the curriculum (particularly writing, maths, science, PHSE and strategies for embedding vocabulary); supporting middle leaders to write and deliver action plans; developing IITs and ECTs; delivering CPD.
