Director of Educational Leadership Support. Previously Headteacher of Oaks Park High School in Redbridge. Current roles include working as the Local representative for ASCL (Redbridge) and working in both Barking and Dagenham and Tower Hamlets as a Leadership Consultant.

Delivered ‘Curious about Headship’ for HEP as well as supporting new Headteachers with understanding school budgets. I have been involved in the appointment of over 50 Headteachers in many different Local Authorities. I coach several school leaders in both primary and secondary schools. I support various groups and schools with peer review programmes.
