Primary Headteacher, Executive Headteacher, Leader of a Teaching School Alliance, Head of a National Support School and a National Leader of Education. Worked in six local authorities and took two different schools to Outstanding. One of these schools became an ‘Apple Distinguished School’ and one of the first designated ‘EdTech demonstrator schools’ in the country. Facilitator and coach for the National Professional Qualification for Headship; Co-designed the National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership. Continues to facilitate on international school improvement projects.
