Sue is a former Headteacher of an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ state-maintained Nursery School and Children’s Centre. She has served as co-director of the Haringey Nursery Schools Training and Development Consortium, SENCO, and Leading Parent Partnership Award Adviser. Currently, she is an NPQ facilitator in partnership with UCL and IOE.

Specialises in leadership skills, early years and early literacy, influenced by Nordic Forest School environmental learning, and the Italian Reggio Emilia principles of creating a culture of enquiry.
