HEP is bringing together the latest intelligence and updates on the new inspection framework, including unique reflections gleaned from recent pilot inspections to support leaders across our schools.

We’ve planned and designed a new series of Ofsted support to cover every critical dimension of the inspection cycle, ensuring you and your team are fully prepared, from the moment the phone rings to the deep dive into your inclusive practice.

Our workshops move beyond theory, offering actionable strategies and resources for your specific leadership role:

1. Heads Ofsted Update Briefing: Get straight to the heart of the EIF updates. This session provides all the latest intelligence, reflections from recent pilot inspections, and practical resources to ensure your strategic leadership narrative is airtight.
2. Ofsted Workshop & Toolkit for School Leaders: This essential workshop is designed specifically for Headteachers and Senior Leaders. It brings together the latest intelligence and updates regarding the new inspection framework, including unique reflections gleaned from recent pilot inspections. Leaders will gain a deeper understanding of the methodology and toolkits behind the inspection, leaving with practical resources to support self-evaluation, preparation, and planning.
3. Preparing for the 90-Minute Call: The initial notification call sets the tone for the entire inspection. This intensive session is designed to explore the 90-minute agenda, helping you prepare, manage the conversation confidently, and establish a positive trajectory from the outset.
4. Ofsted for SENDCos & Leads for Inclusion: Inclusive provision is central to the EIF. This vital workshop guides SENDCos and Inclusion Leads on exactly how the framework evaluates their work. Attendees will get prompts for discussions and suggestions for staff training to effectively evidence the impact of their provision.
