Over 20 years of experience in the primary sector and has worked across schools in Enfield and Barnet as a SENCo for the last 10 years. This includes setting up and teaching in a provision for children with specific learning difficulties, school SEN reviews and sitting on the Complex Needs Panel. Has the NASENCo accreditation and Level 7 qualification in teaching and assessing children with SpLDS.

Skill set:

Expertise in supporting other SENCos with their SEND provision, as well as outcomes for children with additional needs. Regularly delivers training and workshops within schools for both teachers and TAs and runs a parent support group, creating a safe space to discuss constructive ideas around raising children, offering both practical and emotional support.
