Position: Office Administrator

Salary: Scale 5, pt.12-15: £32,535 – £33,987 full time equivalent

Hours: 36 hours per week, term time + 2 weeks

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our school office. Your role will involve welcoming all visitors to the school, engaging with pupils and parents, managing our pupil database and website, sending out communications to our school community, managing first aid, administering the registration and finances for our trips, clubs and activities and other general admin tasks, for example, ordering and managing resources.

The successful candidate will:

have good interpersonal skills

enjoy working in a child-focused environment

be excellent at communicating with a range of people who visit our school

be self-motivated and able to prioritise tasks under pressure

be flexible and adaptable

have good ICT skills and must have GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English
